Whistleblowing

In compliance with Legislative Decree 24/2023, implementing EU Directive 2019/1937, MIVRA SRL has adopted a whistleblowing system that allows employees, collaborators and third parties to report, in a confidential and protected form, unlawful conduct or violations of which they have become aware within the work context. Whistleblowing is a key tool for preventing and combating unlawful behavior within organizations. The legislation guarantees the protection of the whistleblower from any form of retaliation, discrimination or penalization, whether direct or indirect. What can be reported:

  • Violations of national or European regulatory provisions
  • Administrative, accounting, civil or criminal wrongdoing
  • Illegal conduct relevant under Leg. 231/2001
  • Violations of the 231 Organization and Management Model
How to make a report: MIVRA SRL has activated a dedicated digital platform, accessible through the following link, which guarantees the confidentiality of the identity of the reporter and the content of the report.

Reports can also be made anonymously. The platform uses an encryption system that protects the data of the reporter and ensures maximum confidentiality at every stage of the process. Useful documentation:
